Donating to HumaniNet

Thank you for your willingness to support HumaniNet! HumaniNet welcomes tax-deductible donations by check or through our online donation process.

If you wish to make an online donation, here are the steps you will take:

• When you click the Donate button, you will go to the secure Web site of Network for Good, a nonprofit organization dedicated to using the Web to help people get more involved in their communities.
• The "https:" prefix in your browser’s address field tells you that it is a secure connection. Network for Good uses industry-standard SSL encryption to transmit your information.
• You will be able to enter the amount ($10.00 minimum please) and your donation preferences.
• You will also have the opportunity to designate your gift and dedicate it to a relative or friend. You may send an email card to this person or print out a card to mail.
• We encourage you to enter your email address, so that we can send you the HumaniNet eUpdate every 5-6 weeks.
• You will enter your credit card information. Network for Good does not share the information you enter with any other organization. If you so designate, HumaniNet will receive your name and email address.
• Network for Good will ask you to choose a password, which will enable you to make additional donations more easily.
• Before completing the donation, you will be able to review your information. You will also be asked to donate $5 to Network for Good (uncheck the box if you do not wish to do so).
• At the last step, you will see a "Complete Donation" button for finalizing your gift.
• You will receive an email confirmation and receipt from Network for Good, stating that you have donated to HumaniNet. You may use this receipt for tax purposes. Please note: Your credit card statement will list Network for Good instead of HumaniNet because your donation is processed by the Network for Good Giving System.

• Also, please note: Network for Good will deduct 4.75% of your gift to help cover processing and disbursement costs.
